Discovery Call A free one-on-one consultation call to understand your requirements, lifestyle, concerns, and goals for the space and site. You will also be provided with a questionnaire that helps us understand your vision and expectations in more detail. 2. Round 1 : You receive an floor plan based on your answers to the questionnaire provided. We review it together and gather your feedback. 3. Round 2 : Refinement A second revision of the floor plan incorporating your inputs, with further fine-tuning for usability and flow. 4. Round 3 : Final Plan Delivery A final floor plan that meets all your needs Note : 1. This service focuses exclusively on a conceptual floor plan and does not include exterior design or detailed plan drawings suitable for construction.
